Fluorocarbon Resin Insulated Wires (also referred to as FLUBON Wires) are electrical wires coated with fluorocarbon resin, making them highly resistant to heat, oils and chemicals. A variety of resins are available to suit specific applications, including PTFE, PFA, FEP, ETFE, and PVDF. These wires feature high reliability, and have been extensively tested and rated at 250, 600, and 1000 volt levels.
SENKO offers Compact High Voltage Wires with FEP and ETFE fluorocarbon resins, featuring excellent electrical properties and high resistance to heat. These wires are also well known for their mechanical strength, ideal for stand-alone use, or within a composite-wire (with silicone rubber insulated wires), high voltage electronic circuitry, microwave oven transformers, and many other applications.
Flexible FLUBON Wires provide added flexibility over the standard FLUBON Wire product, making them ideal for the internal wiring of appliances and automotive electrical equipment. Flexible FLUBON is also used as a cabtyre cord.
FLUBON Wires conforming to the Underwriters Laboratories (UL), Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and Military Specificied (MIL) standards are available upon request. Sensor lead wires and flat cables subjected to surface bonding treatment using PTFE resin are also available.
