1. SENKO uses the secure Paypal payment method. With Paypal all major credit cards are accepted including; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
   
   
   
2. There is no limit on the amount of items you order online, but if your order total is over $1,000.00 it is best to call the customer service line for assistance. 1-888-32-SENKO.
   
   
   
3. We offer two different types of shipping UPS Ground and UPS Second Day. UPS Ground, is the less expensive of the two, but still very dependable. If you are not in a rush to have your products, this method will deliver your products within 3-5 business days in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. UPS Second Day is a better choice for those who need their purchases right away. With guaranteed service for delivery on the second day in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii Second Day is ideal for those who need their items a little faster.
   
   
   
4. SENKO has offices located on both coasts, if you need assistance you can contact us at either office by phone and if it is after hours you can leave a message or send us an email, either way we’ll be sure to answer your questions promptly.
   
   
   
5. We ask our clients. Our regular customer surveys provide our clients with a means of expressing concerns, service issues, and satisfaction. The vast majority of our clients respond to our surveys. They may do so anonymously if they prefer. Our clients tell us when improvement is needed. They suggest services that would be helpful to their operations and they give us ideas.
