Summary: The Business Development individual seeks for new opportunities and gets end users and other influential players in wireless market qualified with Senko products. The Business Development individual builds relationships with strategically targeted accounts, and develops Senko brand recognition in the assigned market. Once the product is spec’d in, the Business Development individual works with the other Sales members to make sure smooth transition of project, and support projects with all the relevant departments. The Business Development individual engages in a variety of tasks including project management, coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, leadership and innovative development of opportunities, and keeping record of transaction of sale and purchase goods. The tasks may include working with product design and application, logistics, sales support, and marketing.


Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Good understanding of company strategy and expectations, and seeks a way to maximize the profitability in the assigned market

· Generate a list of target accounts in the assigned market

· Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in target accounts.

· Develop Senko brand recognition

· Identify opportunities and respond with solution / proposal

· Good understanding of the customers’ needs and make sure to be invited for all the connectivity related inquiries

· Continuously driving for Spec position.

· Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

· Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

· Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.

· Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

· After spec-in, make sure to support relevant customers (CMs) and Salespeople in charge, for smooth project transition from Spec-in to receiving order and delivery.

· Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Global company personnel.

· Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management

· Stay up to date on new technologies, market events/conditions affecting the industry and ultimately grow company’s presence and increase revenue
