Cookies Policy

This document includes the Cookie Policy corresponding to the website senko.com, owned by Senko Advanced Components, Inc. (hereinafter, SENKO). You may find more information about us in the Privacy Policy.

General information

In accordance with the provisions of national and European regulations on data protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, SENKO is entitled to use data storage and retrieval solutions (cookies and similar technologies) as long as specific consent from users is being obtained, after having provided them with clear and complete information on their use.

The use of these elements implies the processing of users’ personal data by SENKO and third parties, both to perform an analysis of website traffic and navigation, search parameters and interactions, all with statistical and analytical purposes and through the Google Analytics service (https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/).

We also use Google Ads cookies to measure conversions of ads displayed on Google (google.com) and for remarketing purposes, as described at https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2453998?hl=en. The processing of these data corresponds to Google, Inc. or its affiliates.

Additionally, we use LinkedIn Insight Tag (https://business.linkedin.com/marketing-solutions/insight-tag), which includes JavaScript code and cookies that allow the tracking of conversions, views and campaigns from the LinkedIn social network (linkedin.com). The LinkedIn Insight Tag allows the collection of users’ data (URL, referrers, IP address, browser and device characteristics, such as the user agent, and timestamping). IP addresses are truncated or encrypted by LinkedIn, and any direct identifiers were removed after seven days or earlier, in order to pseudonymize data. Nevertheless, any pseudonymized data is deleted after 90 days.

LinkedIn does not share with SENKO any personal data collected through the above technology. It only provides us reports and alerts about the website’s audience and the performance of ads and campaigns on LinkedIn. LinkedIn also offers retargeting services, which allows us to display personalized ads outside this website using this data, but without identifying any user. LinkedIn members can control the use of their personal data for advertising purposes through their account settings, at https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out, which in any case is aside from SENKO.

Any data processing related to the above technologies will be carried out provided that the user has given his/hers express authorization in accordance with the consent management tool installed on this website. In any case, the user may, at any time, delete any cookies by following the corresponding browser parameters.
