- Industry Event Participation and Networking: The Technologist in Business Development- Data Center will attend major industry events, including OIF, IEEE, APC, and other relevant conferences, exhibitions, and seminars. During these engagements, you will actively network with essential market stakeholders, such as potential clients, partners, and industry leaders. Representing Senko in a professional manner, the manager will foster relationships that contribute to business growth and enhance brand recognition.
- Market Intelligence Gathering: Another core responsibility involves monitoring and researching prevalent market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the industry. you will obtain and analyze information from a variety of sources, such as events, publications, and direct interactions with market players.
- Information Sharing and Collaboration: The technologist in Business Development- Data Center will systematically share collected market insights and strategic information with the relevant teams at Senko. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the UK and Ireland. This involves developing existing accounts as well as finding new business. - To carry out delegated responsibilities from the Sales Manager in order to reach the overall Sales Target for UK.
- Constant and highly effective communication/collaboration with the Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Engineering and Operations teams.
- Assist with Marketing efforts such as trade shows and messaging.
- Support where appropriate Senko’s effort to develop its presence in new market segments and geographical regions.
- Support ongoing Sales efforts in the areas of “consumables,” test equipment, and polishing equipment.
- Internal / External training of products. Impart product knowledge to others through meetings, presentations, trainings, updates on new product development and technology
- Provide Sales Reports, forecasts, or other materials/information as needed and requested by the Sales Manager.
- Travel to meet and grow customer base and support other team members.
- Attend trade shows, conduct market research, and keep abreast of new technology

Requirements:
