This is an in office position that requires on-site presence five days week. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

The Warehouse Associate supports and carries out job functions associated with distribution and stockroom activities of Senko fiber optic component products. They are responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock and packing and shipping orders.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform daily tasks required to process sales orders (printing orders, making labels, pulling order, checking/sign off on orders and shipping orders)
- Review RMA, Non-Conforming /DR material once a month
- Quarterly review of any errors that occurred effect customer satisfaction
- Quality Control which should be covered by Warehouse Dept.
- Complete Corrective Action requests that pertain to the department
- Packaging materials: control and improvement
- Inventory Counts
- Maintain and organize warehouse and products
- Maintain tools and equipment for Warehouse Department
- Maintain a Clean Work Environment and Work Area
- Preparation of the documents required for inbound/outbound shipment
- Maintain continuous improvement objective
- ISO tasks to support QA department and ISO Standards
- Perform the receiving and/or review the receiving performed as needed
- Manual shrink wrapping of outbound palleted shipments
Physical Requirements:
- May require occasional lifting of not more than 50 #’s
- Occasional lifting, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
- Frequent standing and walking up to 7 hours in an 8-hour day
- Frequent use of keyboard & monitor for data entry, mouse, & scan gun equipment for bar coding
- Moving boxes of product/inventory, using manual pallet jack
- Occasional climbing up and down of safety stairs to reach product on upper shelving

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Prior related work experience in shipping, receiving, packing, picking and bar coding
- Knowledge of UPS, FEDEX and other freight/shipping software and package handling applications helpful.
- Experience in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Salary Range:
$17 – $21 per hour
